چکیده: سبزیجات حاصل از نشا را می توان زودتر از آنهایی كه از دانه روئیده اند، برداشت نمود. پرورش دهندگانی كه از نشا استفاده می كنند، می توانند از بازارهای اول فصل بهرمند شوند و زمان لازم برای تولید یك محصول را كاهش دهند كه به آن ها این اجازه را می دهد تا كشت دوم و سوم را در طی یك فصل رشد تولید نمایند. نشاهایی كه در گلخانه پرورش می یابند را می توان بطور موثری در مقابل تنش محیطی، عوامل بیماریزا و آفات حشره ای حفظ نمود. نشاها می توانند به پرورش دهندگان اجازه دهند تا ملاك های نزدیك به واقعیت، شكل دهی مطلوب و سن فیزیولوژیكی یكسان گیاهان را در داخل بلوك های مزرعه ایجاد نمایند.درصورتیكه قیمت دانه بالا باشد، ممكن است استفاده از نشا، هزینۀ ایجاد یك كشت سبزی را كاهش دهد، چرا كه بذر كمتری استفاده می شود و نیاز به تنك كردن و وجین زودهنگام را برطرف می كند. همچنین، نشاها اجازه می دهند تا از كود و آب آبیاری استفادۀ موثرتری در طی مراحل اولیۀ رشد شود.نشاكاری، هم نیروی كار و هم سرمایۀ بیشتری را طلب می كند. تولید موفق نشا نیازمند ابزار پرورشی ضد عفونی شده، كنترل دما و نور، مدیریت كارآمد آفات و امراض، و اقدامات بهداشتی مناسب است.

با توجه به محبوبیت روز افزون کشت و کار گلخانه ای در کشورمان و اهمیت صادرات این محصولات به کشورهای حاشیه خلیج فارس و آسیای میانه، نیاز به دقت در برداشت و بسته بندی محصولات گلخانه ای حائز اهمیت است. در یک گلخانه مکانیزه با تجهیزات مناسب و مدرن می توان حداقل 10 ماه در طول سال به تولید رسید که با یک برنامه ریزی مناسب می توان مراحل پس از برداشت را نیز بصورت مکانیزه انجام داد. امید است که این مقاله بتواند در این راستا کمکی به کشاورزان عزیز و زحمتکش کشورمان باشد.
